It is obviously not a smooth process with a new democratic government. It is about risk reward I suppose, not easy to do business in Kyrg but the project opportunites seem be worth it in this mineral rich country. Mining companies from around the world are clamouring to get a slice of the pie before it is all gone.
Few nervous sellers around today, general market and no news to date doesnt exactly breed confidence.
