Choppy, I thought that we may have a deal by now but alas it isnt so.

In my conversations with the company I believe that they are being quite cautious in jumping the gun and making an announcement in regards to the specifics of the project/deal until there is certainty that Posit have legal ownership of the projects. This caution is born out of the intial announcement were the projects were listed only to find that Posit could not confirm legal ownership of half the projects.

Frustrating as it is, from an investors point of view, of the lack of news and understanding in what is going on behind the scenes I believe that it is prudent of mangement to be dilligent and act with integrity. It isnt going to do any of us any good if the project/deal is announced only to find that there is legal issues further down the track.

It is my understanding that the legal issue of ownership of the projects by Posit is a long way to being complete but is not quite finalised. Will there be another delay? Im not sure but I would much prefer a deal delayed than no deal at all. When it does come through, perhaps this week, I think the patience will be worth it.

I stress that this is my speculation, joining the dots so to speak.
