It's just a quiet period between announcements. The people involved with this company and their decisions have really put the Government in a quagmire.

I think the three men who the company blames for the stoppage of the project are no longer holding the positions they did and one has since retired. Dorothy Pratt is also retiring. Kate Jones also looks like she might be finished in politics if she loses to Campbell Newman. Premier Bligh has distanced herself from the legal action as the reply was from Andrew Frazier while she was on holiday.

The Government has been stonewalling the company probably hoping the election would be over before it became a real issue. All of those things I mentioned might be coincidental or there might be other reasons but the whole Cougar thing doesn't help.
