Thought you might want to know how Lectra saw the purchase.... they seem rather happy.
I don't know anything about Polyedra but seems like it provides great synergies for them plus "Polyedra will provide Lecta with its knowledge in other special paper product ranges and innovative services."
Not sure if this gives them a 'leg up' to compete against other PPX Europen coys?

Paper Merchant Polyedra
