    I guess this Italian sale for Euro 45 million at 90% book value will create a loss on sale of Euro 5 million.It looks as though they will use this money primarily for restructure of Europe and Head Office eg could be retrenchments etc.This will further impact hybrid holders as hybrid holders rank ahead of retrenchments etc..
    Probably good for ords as they needed this to keep the banks happy..
