Hi Finch, you make a good point. The only leverage PXUPA holders have is on a takeover, which is why I think holders and paperlinx.sux have been misguided in pushing management change, rather than ownership change.

If I were a PXUPA holder looking at the prospects of being the poor relation for years to come ( that's if PPX survives that long ) I would be pushing management to get the $22 PXUPA offer bumped up to $25, and get the hell out of there.
