I think some of the bookbuild buyers were out to get immediate profits. Obviously they might be happy to break even at $1.02 as long as they already have profits, or even to take a small loss on some as long as they lock in a profit on the overall deal. If this locking in of profits occurs - you might see a sudden small plunge in SP as they offload on to all of the highest market bids to lock in a guaranteed profit.

I think buying at or under $1.02 would be a great deal, if you are willing to have a longer term perspective.
