This is latest from the Administrator:

On 6th August 2012 it was resolved that the company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement ("DOCA") and that Messrs S. L. Horne, P. Vrsecky & J. G. Stone be appointed deed administrators.

The DOCA was executed on 27th August 2012.

The company has returned to the control of the directors and it is understood that the company is currently in negotiations with its secured creditor. Should an agreement be reached between the two parties it is expected that the directors will take steps to lift the suspension of the company's trading on the ASX.

We continue to follow up the company's directors in an aim to reach a conclusion on this matter. Should the directors and secured creditor be unsuccessful in reaching an agreement it is expected the company will be placed into liquidation and subsequently deregistered.

The future of your clients' shareholdings and the likelihood of the shareholdings having any value in the future is subject to the negotiations with the secured creditor. At this stage we are unable to provide any loss declaration or notice that shares can be written off.
