    What's happening is that Charles has bent OPM over the table. Why would you sell anything knowing that the majority shareholder (OPM) is about to go under unless you (the minority holder, Charles) sells a machine. You sell nothing, then buy OPM's share for a steal, then start selling.

    Jermyn is probably wondering why his ar%e is sore.
