The US markets topped then and have done nothing since.

OK some of their markets have gone a little higher and come back but others haven't exceeded it.

!994 low did nothing as far as I am aware and I was watching it.

It's not the be all of trading but it is a thing to watch.

Today the XAO (All Ordinaries) reached exactly twice it's level in '87.
