Communication is not the best, I just remind myself of the last occasion - a delay or two, but once the information came the market responded.
This time we should have even more clarity on the profit margin and key metrics of the business. I expect it to rise to at least (if not higher) than the high's we saw last time.
At the end of the day, the company being acquired is profitable in a growing space with minimal capex and huge upside. The specifics should all be clearer when the prospectus or NOM is released and the market should wake up again.
