re: whats happening - murf MURF - pretty sure that the reason for the rise is that the rumoured General Motors price cuts have just recently been announced as GM needs $$$$$.
Pacifica provides the brake components for some models and this should boost Pacifica earnings. Also the average analyst forecasts for 2006 is now 50% more than that for 2005 that Pacifica is about to announce (their fin year ends December). This puts it on a forward pe of 8 for year ending December 2006 - cheap if they make it!
