I believe (and I will take an educated guess), with a Trading Halt taken place with ANM it's either very bad news or very good news.
Even if it was a costing from Fluor it would not need to place itself in a trading halt and if a new investor was found their would be no need for a trading halt. They would simply announce that they have had good interest from certain parties wishing to invest and later releasing all details.
It's either a possible "Take Over" or the Company is requesting the appointment of a voluntary administrator.
Well, I'm hoping it's a Take Over (and I don't have shares with them but I did several months ago), friends I know have shares and for their sake and rest of Australia I hope they continue with their plans.
Anyway, I'm only guessing at the moment. Who know's they may announce they run out of fresh coffee! :)
