    Everyone is frustrated but I strongly believe shareholders patience will significantly be rewarded.

    I can’t advise as to how to vote but regardless, I’m sure it will get passed.

    Like I said, phase 3 isn’t too far away, then phase 4 will be next. Big things coming.
