Not many people have more to put inalso people might be focusing on paying back credit cards etc even if they know jat will rise. Fear and lack of job security is affecting us all.
Big corporare companies or investment firms getting on board would good. Not sure how else this will rise without announcing big dividends which is unwise at this stage
