    Bad news...OR...are they trying to drop the price for the issue and allotment of 5,000,000 shares at an issue price of not less than 90% of the average closing price of the shares on the ASX over the last 5 trading days on which sales were recorded before the date of the placement.

    I think the later...the boys in the inner sanctum win!
