well, she openend on IPO at about 80c
and all the IPOs paid 40c,
so if you owned, where would never never sell,
would think support at 40-80 c.
They say their target by end 2008 is 100 mill lb,
and are presently 67 mill MC.
So, if we fast forward a year, and lets say they get their target of 100 m lb jorc, thats 45,000 t U308, worth say 9 bill, so lets take 10%, and say 900 mill. Lets half that for costs and downside exploration, say NPV 450 mill?
And i assume when people talk NPV, thats a figure which it should reach if they can overcome all hurdles and infrastructure to mine, short of actually producing something. So, in my thinking, thats a value they should acheive over a several year period, prior to actually pressing the on button for the mine.
Let me know if i'm not analysing it correctly, happy to be advised.
Well, thats a roughie, and based on their targets, can they deliver?
I think it's good value at current prices, and did hold up well the last week, just seems to be a few throwing their towels in.
I think it it's just the market fear at the moment, but thats just when you should be buying, when everything seems at it's worst, look at AUGust for example.
I think WHE is due for a major bounce, and i certainly have an opportunistic order in for the towel throwers.
Hopefully it bounces with me on board.
good luck all.
cheers
