seems like everyone is bailing out, market is crap so dumping all the pennies - an emotional detraction from the stock and pain it has caused resulting often in a sale at the worst time.
Selling the loss making division makes TEE a legitimate going concern, and given Beam is has been profit making for over 2 years we can actually get a PE.
I am sitting tight regardless of the SP, and putting the shares away till we get 2 quarters in a row with Beam profits. Hope Gesaf are satisfied in destroying the SP, it was always expected, but looks like they hurt their own pockets. (the investors that bought largely 1.8-2.1 cents)
Don't now why you would ST trade this stock now (like the guy at 0.9 for 3.4mm who bought a few days ago)
Vote yes to rid the company of the loss making division on 7 Mar. and 31 Mar we can view the two divsions separately (Beam had a 2.7mm contract in this current quarter so expecting a segrated quarterly profit)
