I really feel it for those that sold last couple of days. Of course if there is a financial need to sell, of course go ahead.
Ron and the team are doing a remarkable job. The negativity amazes me at times. Oh well, like I've said before its a great opportunity for some.
With LRV it won't matter what price you get in this current price range. Although yes it's nice feeling to get in a little lower as @wishlist has stated, buy no relevance whatsoever for those who are actually in this for the value we see this reaching.
