I'm just guessing about scenarios that I think are likely IF they happen this way it all comes down to WHO puts up the $30M,,,,,,, IF its a RIO, a BHP, Areva its kinda good (in a like bird flu & Biota kinda way),,, if it's RCF then it's kinda good in the way it was last time they brought in,, if it's RCF & you & me (all current shareholders) then I've misread the resolution as I thought it was for a share issue not a rights issue.

Look at MQG, raised XX Millions at $27.... & its shareprice just went north,,,,, same thing will happen here the degree just depends on who stumps up the cash, the bigger the buyer the better, the more they buy the better,,,,,,, they could raise less than $30M but they've only given themselves 90 days from 16.04.09 to raise any balance..... therefore anything less than $30M will be seen as a failure, IMHO, by the mkt.
