Don,t get me wrong I think this stock has great potential That's why I have been holding on for soooo long Why would a company sign up with Unilife with all this legal action and talk going on? "1/companies unifill failed to comply with US FDA validation 2/Companies Quality Managemement System failed to comply with FDA regulations 3/Company purposefully increased its purchase of unifill component parts to make suppliers believe that unilife was producing at increased volumes despite the fact that there was no customer demand or manufacturing capacity to support such purchases 4/as a result of foregoing ,the company's statements were materially false and misleading at all relevant times.As a result the defendants false and misleading statements,the companys stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the class period"
