The T's & C's of the Claimmune/BLT deal are "commercial in confidence". When they were negotiated the BLT management said that they were in keeping with industry norms for early stage agreements.
This is what they said about the deal with Regen and so it may be argued that the terms for Calimmune are very similar to those for Regen. From my memory of the Regen T's & C's, which were made public by Regen, this would mean Calimmune would pay BLT ~$150K (that's K not M) in cash and 3% royalties. The HIV market is forecast to be worth $22B by 2018. If Cal-1 accounted for about half that the royalties should be ~$300M (that's M not K). Better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
