$46 was quoted in the moderated article as the target price of one broker. It's one of the higher valuations and probably quite unrealistic, as they tend to be. The article didn't quote any sources, just said 'speculation is mounting. Privatisation would remove scrutiny/negative press of the accounting practices, which the AFR were also reporting on again in the last few days, so maybe there's something to it, but I don't think I'd buy $50K of shares based on it!
