Just wondering what's holding the sp down. All the REITs are...

    Just wondering what's holding the sp down. All the REITs are trading above recap price ie. GMG, GPT, MGR, etc. This one's half the recap price. In fact market cap is equivalent to funds raised!

    There is some debt due for refinance ie. CBMS June 09 but I'm sure with a gearing of low 30% this should not be a problem? Furthermore, Capitaland is not going to let this baby go to the banks, is it?

    Any thoughts?
