I believe POSCO's process is for brines not micas so it is no use to EMH.

e.g., See quote from investor intel
"At this time the parties have agreed that POSCO will contribute to the joint venture the right to use its proprietary lithium extraction technologies for the production of lithium carbonate and lithium hydroxide, while LAC will contribute the right to use brine from its Cauchari-Olaroz salar properties."
In the same article it notes that POSCO and LAC are both doing due diligence before they convert their MOU to a binding agreement.
This seems to be what EMH is doing with the MOU with LIT. In my communications with EMH they said they will conduct the mini trials as soon as their due diligence bench testing is completed, then they will conclude the JV discussions.
