Ok very basic quick numbers but let’s assume IMU get to a point where they gain 50% share of current revenue that Herceptin generated in 2019 (roughly $3b) using immunomedics in the oncology space as an example they were bought out for a multiple of 5.25x revenue which at the time was $4b (buyout was $21b) other transactions range from multiples of 3-4x on average.

So assuming revenue’s of $3b you could expect a market cap in excess of the $12b - $15b range. Or an SP of $2.64 - $3.30 without further dilution which is very unlikely
