Friday's Fin Review, p59 had a 1/2 page article on Sally Mally (Panaoramic). The fifth pargraph states:

"The name change, prompted after complaints by descendents of the Afghan-Aboriginal stockman Sally Maly who used to work in the Kimberley of Western Australia where Panoramic built it's first mine, is but one small step"
