    not insider trading, but say two thirds of the report compiled and just waiting on one final data point, or final sign off from the BOD, except one director is away in Angola and unavailable for 3-4 days.... etc etc. endless options that are legitimate and all good reasons for news to be delayed.

    continuous disclosure obligations... not instant disclosure.
