This may seem like a stupid question. Have read all the other articules and it seems a no brainer to vote NO on the Forge deal.
But can anyone explaing to a newby what's in it for NC to go through with this seemingly ridiculous idea of selling crown for 20 million?
How does he stand to make a cash grab as stated by selling an asset under value from a company he has a large stake in already? Why would he do this?
Ive read that he's a share holder in the company he's selling it to, but why transfer in essesnse an asset to another comapany?? he doesnt make more money its just in another entitiy??
If someone could explain this in basic english it would be great.
