Can you buy that type of resource for 7m?
If no, think about.
Profit is not for today. I buy with the aim of selling 2-3 years away, as adding each year, you have rolling stock.
If a stock jumps early, naturally ill take the profit.
But most investors want now, not what is there later on.
Core, Degrey, Chalice are a few that were only a few cents at early stage res dev.
If one identified path based on geology, it was all there early on.
