It seems you are all right
They have increased their overall holdings by 63 mill shares
They mainly bought at 0.021c and in Aug last year, some 90 odd mill shares
They did sell 30 mill shares on the 4th April this year (a few trading days ago).
This is their first change in holding notice since 2009.
Not sure what to make of it - probably just being prudent and lowering their overall exposure.
