Replace him with Sam Riggall? He would be the best candidate. Wouldn't he?
Some issues I see with that:
1. What if Sam changes the plant design and it becomes more costly to build.
2. What if BB goes to CLQ. I am sure Robert will love to have him instead of Sam
3. There is a chance that SKI might choose CLQ instead of AUZ. Remember CLQ project is more advanced.
4. With SKI gone who will sign the offtake with AUZ. Sam is not good at getting 100% offtakes.
5. The same thing can happen with our scandium partnership with BB gone.
It might be better to have BB till we go in to production and then till the time he decides to retire.
