Agree the funding deal is a shocker but it wont be the end of the company, although it could cause some further pain depending on how Bergen want to play it.
And yes it would not be good for anyone if SKI walked. There are a number of Conditions Precedent in the Agreement with dates that must be met, or extended by mutual agreement with SKI for the Agreement to become binding.
We are at the pointy end and dates are getting pushed out, but there has been no mention of SKI agreeing to any extended timeframes yet. We have only been told that SKI and the potential financiers are sitting inside the BFS team. So we can only assume SKI are happy with the timeframes.
All IMO.
