Flippa the clear statement in that presentation was that "Shareholders benefit from...." well I'm sorry but in these 3 months I see NO SH benefit and nowhere in the presentation is there mention of getting into bed with a group whose track record with its investments has been shite! sorry I should have made it clearer but the BoD would have seen BBs presentation before us and I'm guessing they all had some idea of this latest deal - it didn't happen over a beer on the weekend. so since they don't give a flying about the Shareholders the only body who can ask a please explain is the ASX as had they known back then - they had a duty to disclose it back then. now we are at the whim of them and other shorters. So Flippa the benefit to date has been.....
