Marcus Today has a section called Stockbox which gives a snapshot of broker information for most companies. They have a panel of 14 brokers contributing for NXT whose information has just been updated following the recent annual results.
The summary of broker opinions is 4 with a Strong Buy, 9 with a Buy and 1 Hold. None at Sell or Strong Sell. For most companies the forecasts go out 2 years, but in NXT's case they must have felt they had enough confidence in what NXT has said about the future to go out 4 years. From the FNArena article link in Smurp's post, FNArena sources are also starting to look out further than normal. Take it as you may, but they are forecasting earnings per share of 2.8c in 21-22, 4.5c in 22-23, 21.2c in 23-24 and 32.0c in 24-25.
So we are approaching the time that longterm holders have been hanging out for - a stream of positive cashflow and hopefully dividends similar to typical infrastructure investments. Dividends are still probably 4-5 years away as Craig S still has a large capital expenditure pipeline, but at some time that will be affordable along with dividends as happens with toll roads, airports and the like.
Even if you need cashflow earlier, as I have (in at around $2.50 in 2015), you can sell a few off as the price keeps edging up.
