I do agree. Not a good look. On the flipside, remember, all of the major shareholders would have had their questions answered as to why he has sold a chunk. Can’t see any of them running for the exit. For tge SP to settle where it has, I’m very happy with that. Remember, at the end of the day, you don’t know how much CS paid for his real estate acquisition. He’s only human. Maybe his wife wanted a $15 home or maybe she loves security so he threw $15 at a Bondi apartment building. Who knows. Either way, he still holds a massive parcel that I’m sure he wants to double or triple in the next 5 to 10 years. Aimho. Gltah
