Neo, it's now been 73 weeks with no new POSITIVE (ie. CEO CS selling 1.6m Shares is the Opposite of a Positive move towards Share Price Sentiment and Maximising Shareholder Wealth) announcements. Even after announcing an upgrade at M3 from 80 to 150MW, announcing a 300MW S4 facility & expanding in to Darwin, none of this has done excited the masses to buy. Some 6 months out from expected S3 completion and surprise no new contracts have been announced. S2 from memory was a 30MW facility with with 14 or so MW's announced late 2018 being contracted before opening 1H 2019. S3 = 0. M2 expanding this half with 9MW of new capacity. New contracts announced = 0. M3 due for completion 1H23. New contracts announced 12 months out=0. 6 new Data Centres to be announced this FY (Darwin already announced with no specific details provided - New Contracts =0. Been assessing Japan & Singapore for several years now. New Contracts from O/S=0. Analogy-Lets say I could borrow $1B from Commonwealth Bank tomorrow to buy 1000 average priced homes in Sydney at $1m each. Now lets say I want to rent them all out and I could only rent out 11% of my Portfolio (NextDC have DC capacity planned ahead for 700MW atm). Would you want to Invest in my little scheme with no renters/contracts greater than 10% on the books?
