How bad is Nextdc going. 17 Sept 2020 new Director Eileen Doyle buys 13,800 Nextdc ordinary shares at $11.59. Almost 18 months on she has lost money. No other Directors have bought since then but top dog in Sept 2021 CEO Scroggie sells 1.6m of his shares at an avge of $13.59 per share. Massive loss of confidence in Nextdc at this point and SP now less than is was 18 months ago.
Anyone watch the Nov 19 AGM Chairman talk. At 72 it's about time Doug Flynn retired. I can see now why Nextdc have missed so many opportunities. I see Flynn as needing a nap when he talks and can now see why Nextdc has napped in recent years when it comes to taking risks and makng decisions such as:
. Committng to Singapore before the current morotorium took effect, soooo slow team and sounds like you're still looking, you need a hand, how hard can it be,
- Committing to Japan - still looking for a site since opening an office in 2019 - for peat sake, make a decision,

I tthink Nextdc needs a more alert, modern, awake and situational aware Chairman at the helm.
I don't believe a chairman born in the 1940's is the best option for a Chairman steering a 10 year old company looking at a 30 year forward plan but also keep g abreast of modern, current shorter term trends in technolgy advances.
I don't even think data was in the dictionary when Flynn was born. My old man is born in 1947, so 2 years older than Flynn. He is a great guy but struggles to send a text message and has never hears of FaceTube or NetTok. No not a typo, older Gen just aren't the best people for the future of companies like Nextdc.
Move on Nextdc and update your Chairnan modern day thinking and future trends. It's clear that what you are currently doing is not working. Just look at the share price graph since Jul 2020. Yep in 18 months we all might have well been asleep along side Doug. Wouldn't have missed a thing.
