Yes I agree with many of your comments there. I do think a takeover is imminent. I predicted it many years ago for 2020, never cam e obviously however we did see some serious sp appeciation which may have been the reason. The company is much further ahead now with owned sites, fitting out facilities and starting to announce smaller dc’s. (Darwin, Sc). A large MW sale has been a long time coming. I think we may get a surprise with some options being executed. A broker last year stated we were down to around 55mws left out of 65-70 if I remember correctly. Revenue and ebitda forecasts will be hit with maybe some upside going from the last few updates. Still a buy for me at these prices. Market will turn for the patient. Gltah
