All the generation 1 DCs are 100% utilised but the company is still making a loss? Cashflow is still negative. The promise of the big deal that will improve the bottom line never seem to show up. Hopefully S2 is up and running soon but then will this DC turn the bottom line positive? Improvement in bottom line always seem so far away. Would be good if there is some improvement to show that we are a step closer. I bought this stock to take advantage of the 4th industrial revolution. Capital gains have been good since this company has been great selling the dream and promises. When Iooking at the possibility of yields, the dream bubble seems to be bursting soon. I've sold half my holdings and awaiting results this month to consider whether to continue holding. Hopefully a big deal has come up and the bottomline improves from half year. If not, might preserve capital and come back in when things look better. Let's not forget that the company has been raising capital to fund all these projects and have not proven themselves of deploying capital properly to give a return to shareholders. Mind you, given the CAPEX intensive nature of this business meant lots of expenses have gone to the balance sheet and having a loss is pretty much unacceptable.
Also, with Notes IV coming into play, using EBITDA is no longer an accurate measure. In fact, EBTDA would be better since interest is inevitable and the notes were raised to fund day to day expenses. Thoughts any one?
