DWJS cable system is just the joining of NWCS & ASC.
Looks like Darwin<>Singapore is ~3300KM apart & Perth<>Singapore is ~3900KM apart.
Cable distance would be longer and they share a large portion of the route. Does Darwin really have a major benefit that Perth doesn't offer?
Perth doesn't seem to have had any great benefit to date. It may still be too early?
Bulk of Data Centres are likely in Singapore for a reason.
