I dont know where NXT will be next week or next month, but the truth of the matter is you've been wrong on your NXT call for quite some time. Even with the biggest sell off in tech for over a decade NXT has held up relatively well. No 60, 70, 80% falls from the highs.
Its clear that major investors are continuing to see the importance and value of data centres in the coming years/decades.
