NextDC - It's time you gave you shareholders some good news. S3 is due to open in the next 4 weeks and seems as though you have no new customers based on no announcements. M2 stage 4 & 5 now received PC and still no announcement on any new customers. M3 has 4.5MW of new contracts and that's the only significant increase in MW contracted since 1 July 2020 with just 10 new MW of new contracts announced in 2 years.
Your investment in ASX SOV has halved in value due to no new announcements with SOV at 27c today. What is going on?
2 years ago CS said NextDC don't want to invest in competitors DC's and prefer to create organic DC's. Now there are reports of the company looking at bidding for Global Switch to which the SP has reversed, AGAIN.
Still no news on OS investments or the 6 new DC's Scroggie announced last year that wil be announced to shareholders this FY. Only A1, D1 and SC1 announced. Where are to rest?
Time to fill us in, the Shareholder, about how after 2 years of negative SP activity and bugger all positive announcements (ie new contracts- you know sales that bring in income) on where we stand. If you have new contracts at S3, M2 or M3 then tell us. You said at the Feb 22 Earnings Call M3 will have a significant number of contracts in place before opening. Well M3 is due to open in about 5 weeks. Where are the contracts?
And remember when the CEO spruiked about how many MW's of Options the company had in 2020 and that 2021 would be like nothing we've ever seen before. Still waiting Craig!
Oh yeah, and then you sell your shares. That worked well for the rest of us -not!
