why would it fly? the things that will fly are the baby-out-with-bathwater stocks, like megaport and xero, nextdc hasn't even dropped, there are no panic buyers to buy it back.
also nextdc belongs to the REIT sector, not tech sector. equinix, digital realty are in the REIT sector. despite this massive A REIT derating in recent weeks, i can't believe it's still above 8, let alone 10. look at GMG, far higher quality company, far cheaper, pushing pre covid highs.
