Who would know. Many many posts on here over the past 2 years have said the same thing each time the SP rises. CEO has made many comments and still has not delivered. Aug last year he said NextDC would have 6 x new DC's announced in FY 2021/. Only 3 were announced. He said and the website says S3 would be open by end FY22. Still not open. Per CEO's comments in Feb 22 Earnings Call M3 due to open 10 days either side of 30 June with "significant contracts" attached and will be in place before opening. Still no news on any of this. Still no news on Overseas, still no news on possible GlobL Switch bid reported in the news.
Don't believe much of what Scroggie says any more and who knows if any announcements are around the corner.
I think it's just a rotation back in to Tech stocks and any announcements by NextDC will be icing on the cake, if they ever make any announcements which at this stage would be a miracle.
