I've seen it happen several times where a share price looks like it's being suppressed, only to get an announcement about a takeover. You'd be surprised by the games that get played behind closed doors. A big private equity giant might be in talks with a big investment bank overseeing the deal and telling them to hold the share price down so they can make a lower offer.
With a great report recently and tech having a decent bounce, I just find it strange that NXT would continue to be in the red. It's enough for me to risk a little more and buy up in case of an offer. If there's no offer, thats okay because I'm planning on holding for a very long time.
