it's quite amazing how well this stock is doing. nasdaq/asx tech plummet everyday, yields to the moon, NXT acting like nothing is happening, despite being the most yield sensitive stock on asx.
ofc NXT is not a tech stock, it's a REIT/utilities company, so it shouldn't follow tech indices. but overseas DCs like equinix and digital realty, which are much cheaper than nxt and hence much less sensitive to yields, plummet through multiyear support and keep dropping, and nxt is ignoring what its peers are doing.
i think the reason for all this incredible strength in nxt is quite simple. the most frustrated NXT holder, frustrated and angry at NXT since beginning of last year, sold and flipped bearish. the stock market jesus always screws people like this, as a cruel joke. now NXT will pump above $14 next week, just to rub it in that person's face. (no offence to that person, his posts made me lol, the stock market jesus is extremely cruel).
