Something to consider. Aud is around d 64c US. Cutrent AUD Market Cap is 4.31B. What does this mean? Well a company in the US could buy NXT for around 2.7B US which is around what NXT has invested to date in AUD in its Data Centres. So they could come in, buy the asset with for what NXT has paid to date with no need ti worry about construction issues/costs as this is already complete with new assets or consideration for growth in the asset. Essentially, buying NXT at cost. Bargain if you have USD in your pocket. With NXT expected to fall even more though, it will be bought at some point in USD for less that it cost to build the Infrastructure. Bargain id say.
