sorry we're talking about 2 different things. i didn't have the capex to date in mind and interpreted your 2.7 billion to mean NTA. fitout capex isn't a good representation of the company's value, because a lot of their equipment (especially those super expensive rip off nvidia DGX gpus) get replaced every so often when new generations are out.
CEO is rubbish? i haven't been following nxt closely but from the little i know he has an extremely persuasive tone, so probably exaggerates what the company is capable of. he hasn't missed broker forecast on headline numbers, yet. if you want a rubbish CEO, look no further than apx. that is a company i follow religiously (lost a small fortune on that garbage, very emotionally attached to the company), and the CEO mark brayan is a lying fraud who has 0 idea of the industry dynamics. every time he makes an announcement it's a downgrade, every time he misses broker forecast, he can't answer very simple questions brokers pose him regarding competitive landscape and earnings visibility. pretty sure everyone has lost count the # of downgrades since august 2020 H1, must be well into double digits.
