quite amazing how nasdaq/ASX tech sector took another dump last nite and today, while NXT pumps. just looking at equinix's chart, it's less than 10% higher than the very low of covid lows march 23rd 2020, NXT should be $7-$7.2 already if it followed that chart. not to mention equinix is much cheaper (and hence much less sensitive to yields) and nextdc has done a huge CR in 2020 (so today's $x is a lot more expensive than $x in 2019). it's very clear somebody is holding nxt up.
